Helping employees navigate a new carrier, new wellness brand and new benefits.

After a merger, a customer was looking to harmonize their benefits offering and introduce UnitedHealthcare as their new medical plan carrier. Using our change management and health care expertise, we partnered with the customer to create a new wellness brand. The new brand and benefits were introduced during open enrollment with a multi-channel communications campaign.
